Ask anyone what a new bathroom costs and you'll get an answer somewhere between £3,000 and £30,000. Ask Ballpark is our own product, built to fix that. You describe a job in your own words, answer a few questions and get a price range straight away, without anyone coming round and without handing over your phone number first.
What it does
People can describe the job in text, or add photos, a voice note or plans. Ballpark then asks the questions a good tradesperson would ask before pricing it, and gives two or three options with price ranges. If they want quotes, local trades get in touch. If they don't, nobody does.
Built to go on other people's websites
Ballpark also runs as a "Get a price" button that a business can add to its own website with one line of code. It opens a small chat box, full screen on a phone, in the business's own colours. You can try it on this site: it's the button in the corner of the page.
